Salisbury Pantry
You may have already heard that Salisbury City Council have opened up a community shop called Salisbury Pantry. Based in Catherine street Your Salisbury Pantry has been set up to help families and individuals from the Salisbury City Parish area who are in receipt of benefits, on a low wage or struggling to buy food or pay bills.
For a £5.00 membership fee each time families shop, they on average receive a value of £20-£25 worth of food. In general the Pantry stocks tinned and jarred goods, rice, pasta, fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, some fridge & freezer products and a small range of toiletries along with baby items. All subject to availability.
